Our instrumentation activities cover a broad range that includes both analog and digital system design and development. One of the major activities of our electrical engineering group is to smoothly interface with other in-house R&D projects. The capability of developing ideas and concepts with hardware and software under one roof gives us a leading edge in innovative solutions to difficult technological problems.
Our specializations include both analog and digital electronics, electro-optics, and optical instrument systems. In particular, we specialize in low noise, RF, HF, microwave, PC interfaces, DSP controllers, synthesizers, and A/D converters. We have developed imaging systems, fiber optics, and electro-optical systems. We have a sophisticated test, measurement, and prototyping facility.
We have wide experiences with various radars, ionosondes, ground-penetrating radars, airborne surveillance, magnetometers, acoustic surveillance, microwave systems, sensitive radar calibrators, GPS receivers, satellite-borne instruments, software radios, and imaging systems.
